Zubda is a platform for managing e-commerce products, content, pricing and marketing. It is run by an individual in Saudi Arabia. Today it is a private trial used by its owner on their own store, and subscriptions are not open.

This website

This website is informational. It has no sign-up, no forms, no cookies and no analytics, and it loads nothing from other sites.

Data inside the platform

• Account: name, email address, a one-way hash of the password, and two-step verification data.
• Store: products, images, content, costs, prices, and the sales and order files the store owner uploads.
• Security: a log of important actions, which may include an IP address.
• Tracked links: aggregated daily counts.

Store customers' data

The platform does not store store customers' names, phone numbers or addresses. It does not send them to any AI provider, and it does not upload customer lists to advertising platforms.

Connected accounts

When a store owner connects an advertising or publishing account with their consent, the platform receives only what the requested feature needs:

• The account name and ID.
• Aggregated campaign metrics, such as spend, impressions, clicks and purchases.
• The ability to create ads in a paused state and to publish content the account owner selects.

Connection tokens are stored encrypted. The platform does not read followers' personal data or private messages. Disconnecting erases the stored token, and access can also be revoked from the account's settings on the platform itself.

Who receives data

We do not sell data. Some data passes through service providers only as needed:

• The hosting server in Riyadh.
• AI providers, whose servers may be outside Saudi Arabia. They receive product content, not customer data.
• Platforms the store owner connects, such as advertising, publishing and file storage services.

Data deletion

To request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or deletion of a connected account's data, email admin@zubdahq.com from your account's address. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We update this page when what we collect changes, and we change the date above.
